Established in 1998, ‘Matruchhaya’ is a Jain women’s organization that connects Jain women from around
the world. For over 26 years, we have dedicated ourselves to serving in various fields, including
religious offerings, Jain guru’s vaiyavach, humanitarian aid, animal welfare, assistance to fellow believers,
and charitable services.
Annually, we host numerous free camps offering health check-ups, cancer screenings, eye exams and
treatments, dialysis, artificial limb fittings, and many other vital services.

Some Special Initiative
“Matruchhaya” is enrolling members consisting of housewives, entrepreneurs, professionals, and others who wish to contribute to developmental initiatives, primarily focusing on Jeevdaya, Manav Seva, Anndaan, Shiksha, Sadharmik Bhakti, and Sanskar.

मातृछाया की 11 दिवसीय तीर्थ यात्रा में जीवदया एवं परमार्थ सेवा के अनेक कार्य संपन्न
‘मातृछाया’ जैन महिला संगठन की सदस्याओं ने शंखेश्वर और पालीताना सहित लगभग 15 पावन तीर्थ स्थलों की 11 दिवसीय तीर्थ यात्रा पूर्ण कर बेंगलुरु में पुनः आगमन किया।
अध्यक्ष ललिता नागोरी ने बताया कि लगभग 30 सदस्याओं ने तीर्थ दर्शन, साधु-साध्वियों की वैयावच्च, वंदन और भक्ति के साथ-साथ जीवदया एवं परमार्थ सेवा का भी भरपूर लाभ लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जो व्यक्ति सच्चे मन से सेवा और दान करता है, उसे न केवल आत्मिक सुख मिलता है, बल्कि उसकी जीवन यात्रा भी सुखद और सफल होती है।
मार्गदर्शिका त्रिशला कोठारी ने बताया कि इस यात्रा में धार्मिक आस्था को सुदृढ़ करने के साथ ही अनाथ आश्रम, वृद्धाश्रम और महिलाओं के आश्रमों में सेवा प्रदान कर इन केंद्रों को ₹21,000 की सहायता राशि चेक एवं नकद रूप में भेंट की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि धन का सही उपयोग तभी होता है जब हम इसे जरूरतमंदों की सहायता में लगाते हैं। जरूरतमंदों की मदद करना मानवता का सबसे बड़ा धर्म है। सभी जीवों पर दया करना हमारे जीवन का मूल उद्देश्य होना चाहिए। मनुष्य ही एकमात्र जीव है जो अपनी शक्ति से अन्य जीवों की सेवा कर सकता है।
